BrainWorks is currently seeking to hire a Director of Residential Sales, Leasing & Marketing for a well-established, privately held real estate firm in New Castle County. This is a newly created role to support the company’s extensive growth in the multi-family and build to rent markets. You will assume a team of five that encompasses sales and marketing as well as manage all third-party agencies. Compensation includes a competitive base salary up to $150K plus annual bonus with first year earnings ranging from $145K-$180K depending on experience and qualifications. Given the importance placed on this role, combined with the long-term investment horizon and expanding residential portfolio, there is a ton of growth potential in this opportunity!
