With an established and growing customer base, strong services offerings, and recent growth capital through one of the largest and well-regarded, middle market, private equity funds. The business is well positioned to continue to scale quickly and looking to bring on board a strong, hands-on Corporate Controller to report to the CFO

.
This role will have high visibility and will be responsible for leading the accounting function, including development of the team, as well as continuous improvement of the organization’s accounting initiatives, principles, practices, and procedures. There is a robust team in place with two senior direct reports. This is a unique opportunity to have significant impact on a growing organization. . Responsibiliti

• es:
  Consolidation of financial information, including continual improvement and increased efficiency of the close proc
• ess.Oversee the operational accounting of the company to ensure control and SLA’s are maintained across a wide range of custom
• ers.Technical accounting guidance. Help the business understand the accounting implications of potential business decisions and the impact of evolving accounting standa
• rds.Financial Systems and Controls. Evaluate current financial systems and develop a plan to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Lead implementation of that plan and achievement of targeted resu
• lts.Lead and manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with G
• AAP.Lead the yearly audit and tax compliance ensuring timelines are
• met.Assist the CFO with financial analysis to identify operating improvements, deep dive into cost structures, and analyze opportunities/investments (ROI/N
• PV).Lead cash management and reporting. This includes collaboration with the business to develop accurate weekly cash projections. It also includes timely filing of financial and compliance reports with lenders and responses to their inquir
• ies.Ensure compliance with debt covenants. Create awareness and vigilance to ensure that the business can invest to achieve its growth potential while remaining compliant with debt covena

Experi

• ence:
  Experience as a Controller of a B2B services or similar commercial organization of comparable
• size.Experience developing and / or running a metrics driven organization with a robust management cadence (monthly dashboards, periodic business reviews, defined annual goals and budgeting process,
• etc.).Ideally, private equity experience with an acquisitive platform; used to high paced environment with multiple locations; ideally experience with integration and standardization of repo
• rting.Experience managing a diverse set of customers and products with proven ability to manage compl
• exity.Low-ego leader with “fix-it” mentality and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job
• done.Proven ability to build, upgrade and manage a team with clear accountability and delegation of responsibil
