OneStream Technical Lead

Our client, a major bank in Central, NJ, is looking for OneStream Technical Lead.
Hybrid commute, 2 days on-site in Central NJ Locations and 3 day remote per week.

This is a permanent FT career opportunity, with base salary range 160 -190K DOE, plus around 20% bonus and great benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of OneStream solutions from Finance IT side, ensuring best practices are followed by vendor team.
• Conduct/Participate in workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
• Define solution structure, including system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting.
• Provide design input for customized workflows, calculations, and financial models.
• Create technical design documentation, including requirements and RTM.
• Oversee OneStream implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.
• Serve as the primary Finance IT contact, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation.
• Provide training to user community on OneStream functionality and best practices.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, offering architectural guidance to ensure successful application development.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of relevant EPM solution implementation experience with 3 years OneStream experience
• Experience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, performing data reconciliation, building custom rules and reports
• Understanding of Finance business processes, and in OneStream modules specifically around close and consolidation and Financial Planning and Analysis
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other financial systems.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages such as VB.net.
• Solid experience working on OneStream Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency translation.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Hyperion /SAP BPC.
• Experience leading implementations on at least 1 deployment in an architect role.
• Expertise in OneStream modules: Forecasting, Balance Sheet Substantiation.
• Proven success in implementing OneStream solutions for large organizations, managing complex financial data and systems.
• Proficient in developing dashboards and analytics to support operational and management reporting, focusing on KPIs and non-financial data.
