School Age Care Site Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors
Multiple locations! Nisswa Elementary, Baxter Elementary, Harrison Elementary
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (no nights or weekends!) Possibility of part-time if that is a preference for the right candidates.
Compensation: Depending on experience and position, hourly rate from $17.30 - $22.43 PLUS quarterly bonuses could add up to an additional $8,000 income per year!

Site Supervisor
The Site Supervisor for the Fun & Friends Program is responsible for leading the daily operations of the before and after-school child care program within an elementary school setting. This role ensures a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The Site Supervisor oversees staff, supports positive child development, and serves as the primary point of contact for families and school personnel.
Assistant Site Supervisor
The Assistant Site Supervisor for the Fun & Friends Child Care Program supports the daily operations of the before- and after-school child care program within an elementary school setting. This role works alongside the Site Supervisor to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The Assistant Site Supervisor provides leadership to staff, supports positive child development, assists with program operations, and serves as a resource for families and school personnel. In the absence of the Site Supervisor, this position assumes responsibility for the daily operation of the program.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, preferred
- Experience working with children
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of child development and positive guidance strategies
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
