What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and enthusiastic team players
- Strong communication and high-level customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude and polished appearance
- Prior salon experience preferred
- A true passion for natural hair care and protective styling
Skills & Expertise
- Mastery in protective styling: knotless braids, box braids, feed-in cornrows, stitch braids, twists, and locs
- Skilled in sectioning, parting, and tension-free techniques for scalp health and growth
- Ability to work with all hair textures from fine and wavy to coarse and coily
- Creative eye for symmetry, part design, and precision braiding
- Expertise in customizing styles to fit each client’s face shape, texture, and personal aesthetic
- Skilled in installing and blending extensions for a seamless, natural finish
