As we continue to pursue new goals, it's an exciting time to join the Bragg team. We are currently hiring an Assistant Project Manager for our Reno, NV branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination and administrative tasks. Manage document distribution, tracking, and maintain accurate records. Develop bills of materials from drawings and specifications.
- RFI & Submittal Management: Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily field progress and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Closeout Support: Assist in compiling and organizing project closeout documentation.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering standards to support project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a Project Administration/Management role.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Scope Management: Understand and clearly communicate scope changes to clients.
- Scheduling: Proficiency in scheduling using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction related field.
- Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of Bluebeam.
Work Environment
- Safety Sensitive Position: Due to the safety sensitive nature of the role, the candidate must be able to ass initial and random drug screenings.
- Physical Conditions: Will frequently be required to stand; walk; and sitting at a desk. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
