The pay range for this role is $27.88-$30.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain open communication and strong working relationships with the Warehouse Manager and Leads.
- Serve as the primary router, managing all routing logistics and updates.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to prepare shipping documentation, including special handling instructions, COD details, and unique loading requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer-specific shipping data and generate cost-control reports.
- Schedule outbound freight pickups with approved carriers and ensure all shipments have proper documentation and freight charges.
- Manage driver check-ins, verify "go-agains" via RF gun, and correct pending orders in AS400.
- Assist with billing all routes daily and release RGA orders.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing paperwork for inbound freight deliveries.
- Scan all receiving documents and file accordingly.
- Support warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting with emphasis on routing, shipping and receiving.
- Proficiency in AS400/APLUS software and PC-based data entry.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, stoop and reach throughout the day.
