This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who is meticulous and initiative-taking. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities for property management, such as maintaining facility operations, grounds, and landscaping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC materials, tools, and equipment.
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and organized for easy access and accountability.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to team members and ensure proper compliance with
- safety standards and protocols.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions and logistics.
Property & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day property management duties, including landscaping, facility cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure all building systems (e.g., lighting, security, HVAC) are functioning optimally.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility services when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with operations, sales, and service teams to support overall business objectives.
- Thrive in a challenging environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Required:
- Proven history and experience in warehouse management or related fields, preferably in HVAC, construction, or trades industries.
- Proven experience developing and implementing SOPs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and shipping/receiving processes.
- Experience supervising and managing warehouse staff.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- CDL Class B license with Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) certification.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).
- Facility/property management experience
