Are you a proactive, outgoing, organized professional who loves engaging with people, and working with students? We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of student rental properties near Michigan Technological University.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations of student rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Handle leasing, renewals, and tenant relations
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and emergencies
- Work closely with the team and vendors to maintain high standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain occupancy
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to manage properties and timelines
- Available for occasional after-hours emergencies
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience creating formulas, sorting, and filtering data
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving team success
