What You’ll Do
- Perform installation, startup, commissioning, and testing of packaging and bottling equipment at customer facilities
- Evaluate equipment performance against technical, contractual, and safety requirements
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and deliver accurate, detailed service reports
- Identify, document, and manage equipment non-conformities through to resolution
- Prepare job progress documentation and activity-based technical reports
- Serve as a customer-facing representative, maintaining a high standard of satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver operator and maintenance training and after-sales support throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following: mechanical systems, automation platforms (B&R, Siemens, Allen-Bradley), electrical systems, or aseptic technology
- 2–3 years of field service or related hands-on technical experience — recent graduates with strong technical backgrounds will be considered
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering, or equivalent field experience
- Experience in beverage, bottling, or packaging industries preferred
- Background in aseptic systems or auto-mechanics is a plus
- Additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, and/or French) are a meaningful advantage given the global nature of the role
- Competitive hourly rate with overtime eligibility (1.5x)
