Location: Baltimore – D.C. Metro area
About The Opportunity
A rapidly scaling infrastructure platform is seeking a Director of Portfolio Analytics / NAV to build and own its portfolio-level valuation framework.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to develop the financial “source of truth” across a growing portfolio of large, capital-intensive assets spanning development, construction, and operations. The platform is backed by institutional capital and is actively deploying across multiple $1B projects.
This role sits at the intersection of project finance, accounting, and strategic analytics, with high visibility to executive leadership and investors.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio-level NAV model from scratch, consolidating inputs across project-level models, accounting systems, and construction data into a single, defensible view of asset and portfolio performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in build environments, can bring structure to non-standardized inputs, and is comfortable operating across multiple functions to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Unfortunately, this company is not able to provide work sponsorship.
