What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Bradley's Military Enterprises?
Bradley’s Military Enterprises is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an Accounting Clerk position. We are a growing, locally-owned business, and are looking for an individual who is interested in growing with our company.
Job responsibilities include:
- Entering Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable information into QuickBooks Online
- Maintaining records in filing system and working cooperatively with Admin team to keep records accurate and organized
- Compiling daily sales reports based on financial records
- Communicating with vendors to maintain relations and actively collect invoices
- Customer Service
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Candidate requirements include:
- 1 year accounting/bookkeeping experience (minimum)
- 6 months QuickBooks experience (minimum)
- General bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong Data Analysis Skills
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire to be a supportive member of a highly motivated team
