About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians
