Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)
Indirect License Required

Consistent caseload

Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania PTA Indirect License required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
