About The Role
As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals, families, and groups to improve their mental health and overall well-being. You will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them navigate life transitions, manage emotional challenges, and develop coping strategies. Your work will involve assessing clients' mental health status, creating treatment plans, and facilitating individual or group therapy sessions. Minimum Qualifications

Family Therapy and Psychotherapy skills enable the therapist to work with multiple client dynamics and foster healthier relationships. About The Role
As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals, families, and groups to improve their mental health and overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in clinical practice.
- Experience working with diverse populations across different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
- Training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and family therapy.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
- Additional certifications in anger management or life transitions counseling.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client goals.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care.
