Job Title: House Manager
Reports To: Director of Recovery Services

SUMMARY
You will report to the Director of Recovery Services of the facility and will interact with senior and clinical management of the facility. Your chief responsibilities will be to assist the staff in the management and execution of day-to-day operations of one of our sober living environments. You will facilitate house meetings, groups, and will be directly involved in monitoring and mentoring the clients. You will also be providing a structured environment that is conducive to our clients’ recovery and managing the client’s experience at Crestone Wellness. You will be familiar with all Crestone’s staff members, programs, and properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Uphold all Crestone’s Policy and Procedures
- Act as a Liaison between patients and staff and relay pertinent patient information, including observations, toappropriate clinicaland recovery staff
- Facilitate weekly house meetings
- Facilitate morning and evening discipline groups
- Facilitate daily chores
- Med Observation
- Assistin Admission/Intake of the sober living environment
- Keep all compliance, training, and continued education up to date.
- Monitoring of client activities
- Client safety checks
- Maintain a clean environment that istour ready at all times
*Perform duties assigned by Director of Recovery Services
*Supervise daily patient operations and always act in a manner sensitive to their needs and best interest
- Provide thorough,accurate, andtimelydocumentation of any services delivered to patients
- Communicate and set limits with culturally diverse patients
- Maintain the safety of the patients and the security of the residence
- Protect patient confidentialityin accordance withcompany policy
- Present in the residence from 7:00pm to 7:00am

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferred to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some work experience required, work experience in helping profession preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Able to navigate a computer and use basic software.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
