About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to join the Bradesco Bank Tribe, supporting squads. This role is key to fostering agile culture, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will act as a transformation agent, working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other team members, while maintaining active communication with Bradesco’s Enterprise Agility team to ensure alignment with the tribe’s operating model and agile maturity evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) and promote continuous improvement practices.
- Act as a guardian of the agile framework, ensuring squads are aligned with the Bradesco Bank Tribe’s guidelines.
- Support the squads across different clusters or workstreams, fostering synergy and efficiency.
- Remove impediments and promote a safe, collaborative environment.
- Monitor agile metrics and support squads in their agile maturity journey.
- Promote the implementation of OKRs within the squads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent facilitation, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with multiple squads and diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications: PSM I/II, CSM, KMP, SAFe Agilist.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
- Proficient communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking environments or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with the SAFe agile operating model or prior experience in working with tribes.
