Investment Analyst

Overview:

Bradesco Bank is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our Investments team. The analyst will be responsible for responding to investment-related inquiries from premium clients via our dedicated chat platform. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate responses to investment-related questions from premium clients via chat.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality service.
• Stay up to date with market trends, product offerings, and internal investment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Brazilian citizenship and native Portuguese fluency.
• SIE and Series 7 certifications are required. If not currently certified, Bradesco Bank will sponsor your exams, which must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami.
