Role Description
The Investment Sales Analyst / Associate will support the evaluation, marketing, and execution of commercial real estate investment sale transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models, performing property and market-level research, preparing investment memoranda and marketing materials, and supporting transaction due diligence. The role involves collaborating with senior team members on client presentations, assisting in underwriting new opportunities, and tracking market trends and comparable transactions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL requiring regular in-person collaboration with the investment sales team and occasional visits to properties and market tours.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in investments and portfolio management, with an understanding of commercial real estate asset classes and investment strategies.
- Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess solid finance knowledge, including familiarity with capital markets, cash flow analysis, and valuation concepts.
- Candidates should possess financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and maintain discounted cash flow models and sensitivity analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field; relevant internships or 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or real estate advisory are beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and investment materials.
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with real estate or financial analytics platforms is a plus.
