What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant | Portuguese Speaker position at Bradesco Bank?

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Executives' complex calendars, including board meetings, executive committees, business travel, and strategic events
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Board of Directors
- Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records
- Provide important documents for Bank Exams
- Responsible for planning the agenda and logistics for Directors who visit the bank
- Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance
- Coordinates and facilitates high-level executive functions with wide latitude for independent judgment
- Assist in preparing presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents
- Welcome Executive’s guests in person or on the phone, answering or directing inquiries
- Oversee preparation of board materials, executive presentations, and confidential correspondence
- Oversee conference room systems and booking
- Conducts special projects as assigned by the Executives
- Manage vendor relationships, process invoices and coordinate with vendors for office improvements
- Work closely with the Executive and Administrative Support Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination and support for all executive functions
- Serve as the primary backup for the Executive and Administrative Support Coordinator
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive
Experience/Skills:
- C-Level Support Experience Required
- Minimum two years of experience in related position
- Multi-tasking and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with extended hours
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to work independently effectively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Language: English and Portuguese required with excellent written and verbal skills. Knowledge of Spanish a plus
