Commercial Banking LatAm Internship

Bradesco Bank has an immediate internship opportunity available within the Commercial Banking / Private Wealth Management LATAM team. The team serves a diverse client base across Latin America, supporting businesses with commercial banking solutions such as loans, cash management, and deposits, while also providing high-net-worth individuals with tailored private wealth management services, including personalized financial and investment planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in international banking, client service, and Latin American markets. The intern will report to the C&I and Commercial Banking Business Officer.

Scope of Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive support to Bradesco’s LATAM Commercial Banking Division by assisting with client-related initiatives, coordinating internal follow-up, and contributing to a high-quality relationship management and service experience.
• Assist with new account opening processes by coordinating required information, supporting documentation follow-up, and helping address client-related inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Develop an understanding of client risk profiles, account relationships, and overall asset allocation to support relationship management, client service, and internal business coordination.
• Support client communications related to account services, online access, and day-to-day service needs, ensuring inquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
• Support the loan disbursement and credit process by assisting with documentation follow-up, internal coordination, and status tracking to ensure timely execution of client financing requests.
• Assist bankers with client time deposit renewals in the Bank’s systems, including tracking upcoming maturities, coordinating renewal instructions, and helping ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Provide support for daily client transactions and wire activity, including processing assistance, investigation follow-up, payment-related inquiries, and other matters that impact the overall client experience with payments.
• Serve as back-up to LATAM managers, officers, analysts, and interns.

Education and Experience:

• College Degree (preferred) with concentration in business, finance or economics.  
• 2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or related fields.

Language: 

• Speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently.
