We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented intern with strong communication skills to support the creation of content focused on enhancing our customers’ digital experience. The main responsibilities include writing scripts for videos, tutorials, and FAQs to help users navigate our digital solutions with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write scripts for tutorial videos
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content to explain digital journeys
- Develop and maintain FAQs and self-guided materials
- Record screen captures and digital walkthroughs
- Create briefings for advertising agency
- Organize and continuously update all tutorial content related to digital journeys
- Collaborate with product, UX, and customer service teams to identify common questions and content opportunities
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Ability to identify customer pain points
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in technology, user experience, and digital communication
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced Spanish
- Previous experience with content creation, videos, or tutorials
- Familiarity with screen recording and basic editing
- Basic knowledge of UX writing or design thinking
- Previous experience with Scribe or similar tools
