- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software; monitor progress regularly and adjust plans as needed.
- Oversee construction site operations, including safety compliance, resource allocation, and quality control inspections.
- Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before work begins.
- Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost forecasts and manage project budgets effectively.
- Manage project documentation using construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam; maintain comprehensive records of daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and safety logs.
- Facilitate effective project coordination through regular meetings, progress updates, and proactive problem-solving to mitigate delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards; conduct site inspections to uphold safety protocols at all times.

- Familiarity with construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid or comparable software for accurate cost control.
- Extensive knowledge of civil 3D for site design coordination is preferred.
- Hands-on experience working directly on construction sites is essential for understanding field operations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
