Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety and quality standards. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication, time management, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings.
• Experience with contracts administration and knowledge of construction estimating processes.
• Excellent project scheduling skills utilizing Primavera P6 or similar platforms; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and site supervision best practices.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including project coordination techniques and construction management principles. Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
