Position Summary:
This is an intermediate, individual contributor position which supports marketing strategies for BCA clients to include creating and implementing digital campaigns and all aspects of enhancing BCA’s digital footprint and online presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
1. Develops and implements digital marketing campaigns for BCA clients (emails, paid ads, landing pages, lightboxes, donation pages)
2. Develops e-marketing content and explores sales channels.
3. Works under moderate supervision.
4. In collaboration with management, develops and implements email & Ad campaigns for BCA clients.
5. Assists with all aspects of data reporting for direct mail campaigns.
6. Ensures orderly and timely completion of project work.
7. Analyzes online statistics and identifies areas to optimize marketing performance.
8. Stays abreast of trending digital strategies and change.
9. Manages small projects as assigned.
10. Adheres to the stated process and procedures of BCA
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
Client and Employee Relationships:
1. Strengthens client relationships through support of the Production and Digital team.
2. Diplomatically interfaces with internal BCA team to ensure a flawless experience for the client.
3. Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Skills, Experience and Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Google Analytics and all relevant applications and platforms.
· Experience in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, iContact, RENXT, Virtuous are a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
· Analytical abilities that can align the organization’s financial objectives with available funding opportunities.
· Ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly changing/growing environment.
· Related degree or Technical School certification.
· 2-4 years’ experience in related field or equivalent experience.
· Excellent project management skills including successful leadership of projects from planning phase through completion.
· Must be able to work at BCA location as directed.
· Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
· Must be able to work effectively and seamlessly from a remote location.
· Must be able to walk up stairs, sit at a desk, speak clearly to interface with clients and co-workers.
Preferred Skills, Experience and Abilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Non-profit, Psychology, Social Work, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Administration or related field
