We are seeking a full-time Athletic Coach to join our team at Athletics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and training athletes in a variety of sports. The candidate should have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire athletes to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for athletes
- Organize and lead practices and games
- Provide guidance and support to athletes both on and off the field
- Evaluate and assess athlete performance
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports and training techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
