Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities
- Performs assembly of components into sub-assemblies and completed assemblies, under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, and Group Leader.
- Our products include a variety of assemblies used in the conveyance and processing of mail, parcels, and baggage.
- Works from the instructions of supervision, written processes/work instructions, and engineering documentation/blueprints to assemble products.
- Utilizes standard hand tools, tape measure, battery and pneumatic hand tools, cranes, and test equipment in the assembly process.
Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Mechanical assembly experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with using hand tools and drills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reading engineering drawings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a repetitive assembly operation
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
