BR A is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in our Boston Office.
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will assist with handling the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing, maintaining immigration records, ensuring project badge compliance and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to, talent management, Immigration, and project badge compliance
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Maintains tracking of all immigration cases. Works with the HR Director, Principals, employees, and attorneys to ensure all cases are setup and tracked accordingly for U.S. Foreign national employees
- Maintains proper badging credentials for employees traveling onsite to client projects
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required
- 8-12 years of related experience required
- SHRM-CP designation preferred

Salary range for 8-12 years of experience: $80,000 to $115,000.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
