Role Description
BPW Lab is looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. The professional in this role will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance tasks, diagnosing operational issues, and repairing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Daily tasks include performing inspections, troubleshooting machinery malfunctions, and maintaining tools and equipment to promote an efficient and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues on industrial machinery
- Expertise in Maintenance and Repair for various mechanical systems and equipment
- Hands-on experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment
- Technical training or certification in mechanical maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
