About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Researcher to support hiring across the Communications organization. This role is focused on high-quality sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development for niche and competitive talent markets.
You will partner closely with recruiters and other researchers to identify, engage, and assess top-tier candidates across multiple corporate functions. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring deep sourcing expertise, strong market research capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
● Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
● Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines across functions such as communications, legal, marketing, and public policy
● Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative research techniques
● Identify and engage passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets
Candidate Engagement & Screening
● Conduct structured candidate assessments and screening conversations
● Evaluate candidate alignment based on role requirements and organizational needs
● Support high-volume sourcing pipelines where applicable
Market Research & Insights
● Perform deep market research to understand talent landscapes, competitor mapping, and emerging trends
● Provide insights to recruiters and stakeholders to inform hiring strategies
● Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to track pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness
Collaboration & Execution
● Work closely with recruiting partners to drive alignment and execution across searches
● Maintain high standards of data integrity and tracking across systems
● Manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously with minimal oversight
Required Skills & Experience
● 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on sourcing/research
● Proven success building pipelines across corporate functions (communications, legal, marketing, public policy, etc.)
● Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing strategies
● Strong candidate assessment and screening experience
● Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide sourcing strategy
Preferred Skills
● Experience with Eightfold or similar talent intelligence platforms
● Experience supporting high-growth or fast-paced organizations
● Strong understanding of diversity sourcing strategies
● Experience working in media, entertainment, or tech environments
Salary : $77 - $90
