The Quotations Specialist will ensure customer projects are correctly sourced and quoted per each customer’s Request for Quote (RFQ). The Quotations Specialist starts with an initial RFQ (whether directly obtained or provided by the Manager) and completes by the deadline provided.

Role Overview
The Quotations Specialist will ensure customer projects are correctly sourced and quoted per each customer’s Request for Quote (RFQ). The Quotations Specialist starts with an initial RFQ (whether directly obtained or provided by the Manager) and completes by the deadline provided.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, generate accurate quotes, align with pricing policies, and enter project bid tickets promptly.
- Understand the product catalog, advise the sales team on availability and features, and stay updated on new offerings.
- Respond promptly to quote requests, address customer inquiries and negotiations, and build strong client relationships.
- Validate quotes for accuracy, ensure compliance with standards, apply markup to materials, and prepare RFQs.
- Work with sales, procurement, and inventory teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and participate in sales meetings and operations.
- Service drilling and production accounts, support the sales team administratively, manage orders, and provide technical sales support.
- Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years’ experience inside sales experience in the same of similar industry.
- Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
- Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal].
- Thrives in a collaborative in a team environment.
- Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
- Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
