This role goes beyond answering customer questions—you’ll help close out customer issues by completing documentation, assisting with returns, and following up with customers to ensure resolutions are accurate and complete.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer communication with administrative support.
