The Customer Service Representative will assist the Inside Sales team with a variety of tasks, the focus on parts sales. This position will lead the customers to the correct parts solution. Excellent work environment, weekly pay, and company benefits!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming parts request from web, phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Directly interface with end user customers providing expertise in part products and recommend specific parts needed.
• Identify the correct parts to fill the customers needs.
• Build quotes as needed.
• Process orders in relevant system.
• Provide order status updates as requested.
• Continually develop product knowledge to serve customers.
• Work in conjunction with the outside sales team to grow parts sales.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years related work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of inventory or manufacturing software (ERP).
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4 p.m.
Salary : $20 - $25
