Job description

*Excellent customer service and communication skills

*Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

*Scheduling and confirming appointments

*Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.

*Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls or taking messages as necessary

*Retail sales / patient education

*Checking clients in and out ( cash handling)

*Other duties as assigned

*Social Media Posting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma
  • 1 years experience as an assistant / front desk receptionist
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to learn new material quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Team player
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude
  • Motivated to succeed and grow the practice

Schedule :flexible

full time/part time

Pay: hourly commission tips
