Campground Registration Clerk

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Campground Registration Clerk, where your enthusiasm for guest service and organizational skills will shine! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for campers and visitors, ensuring a smooth check-in process while providing exceptional customer service. Whether managing reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our resort.

This is a full-time, seasonal position that runs from May - October.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently
• Process campground reservations and check-ins using phone, email, and reservation software.
• Provide accurate information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and friendly phone etiquette.
• Manage guest accounts, payments, and registration details while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the campground is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Maintain organized records of reservations, check-ins/outs, and incident reports to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
