Technical Instructor - Night Shift

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Technical Instructors to facilitate our Technician Development Program. This role is crucial for the growth and success of individuals pursuing a career with us. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, effectively managing classroom instruction, and supporting student progress. This new program will be an evening program so availability from 3-11pm is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped shop environment.

• Facilitate and deliver curriculum effectively, ensuring students gain practical and mechanical knowledge.

• Support and motivate student growth, adapting to various learning styles.

• Evaluate and communicate student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Connect with each student to assess their skill levels and learning needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

• Inspire students with professionalism and a deep care for their development, both personally and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the automotive field.

• Master Certified, Ford preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to the development of others.
