What are the responsibilities and job description for the FLEET ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position at BOZARD FORD CO?
Our fleet team is growing! To better support the Fleet Sales department in producing top notch sales experience, the Fleet Administrative Assistant will provide support to the remote and onsite sales team to allow them to focus on the sales experience as well as bridge the gap from sales to accounting.
As a fleet Administrative Assistant your greatest contribution will be provided in the following areas:
Support the Fleet Team with vehicle prep and delivery
Manage Fleet Inventory onsite and electronically
Support Accounting through timely reporting and communication
A few of the metrics that you will own in this position are:
Make sure the fleet log spreadsheet matches inventory
Timely and accurate communication to the team on status updates
While not exhaustive, the following are some of the areas you will invest time:
Organize/Manage inventory on lot (prepare, stage vehicles for test drives and deliveries, prepare photos and videos for customers)
Organize / Manage inventory electronically through spreadsheets, daily fleet reports to team, upfit invoices, maintain work truck solutions website
Prepare deal jackets for all fleet drivers
Update accounting by turning in deals timely, updating accounting reports daily
Assist with vehicle delivery
Must be 18ys or older
Valid Florida Drivers License and less than 6pts.
