The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Missouri are seeking a responsible and safety-minded Van Driver to transport youth in grades K–12 to and from our Club programs. This position involves operating a 12- or 15-passenger van, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport children and teens between schools, the Club, and approved locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules reliably.
- Maintain appropriate supervision and ensure safe behavior while in the vehicle.
- Perform basic pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Uphold all Boys & Girls Club safety policies and state transportation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri Class E driver’s license required.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
- Comfortable working with children and teens of all ages.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions and safety procedures.
- Prior experience driving 12–15 passenger vans preferred but not required.
- Available afternoons Monday-Friday.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
