This position oversees program delivery, youth engagement, and staff supervision to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all members. The Club Director manages Club operations, including scheduling, facilities, and supplies, while monitoring program quality and outcomes. This role includes building relationships with members, families, and community partners, addressing concerns, and promoting Club activities. The Club Director also supports budgeting, reporting, and resource development efforts to strengthen the Club’s impact and sustainability.

- Demonstrated skills in Youth Development, including mentoring, program oversight, and creating a safe, engaging environment for young people.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with youth, families, staff, and community partners.
- Experience with Budgeting and basic financial management to support responsible Club operations and resource allocation.
- Sales or outreach-related skills to help promote programs, cultivate community relationships, and support membership growth.
- Relevant experience in youth-serving organizations, education, or community programs; prior supervisory experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and data tracking tools; familiarity with program reporting is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, social work, nonprofit management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
