Job Title: Program Aide
Reports to: Branch Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt
Position Type: Part-time

Job Summary: The program aide is responsible for planning and implementing daily programs and activities in the designated field of expertise**
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately promote the club and programs to potential club members and their families.
- Plan activities with direction from the branch manager and/or program coordinator.
- Lead daily activities including program implementation, organization of assigned rooms, ensuring daily plans are followed by club kids and staff.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relations with youth and their parents, when necessary.
- Assist in all areas of club operations as requested by the area manager.
- Regularly attend, participate in training and staff meetings.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward the positive qualities of the work environment.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to be productive and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
- Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
