What are the responsibilities and job description for the Riverton Branch Director position at Boys & Girls Clubs Of Central Wyoming?
The Branch Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Riverton Club with primary concern for member safety, community collaborations, programs, and service delivery. The Branch Director is responsible for recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff; maintains accurate membership information in the areas of daily attendance, billing and collecting, and program tracking. The Branch Director oversees facility and transportation management, ensuring facilities and vehicles are in good repair. The Branch Director is responsible for ensuring that youth have the highest quality Club experience possible.
Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key community stakeholders, working collaboratively with business leaders, school district leadership, and other non-profits to continue the tradition of excellence and the prominent reputation the Club has in Central Wyoming.
