What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming?
Description:
The Bus Driver will drive a school bus to transport youth from their school to the Club each day after school and on field trips during the summer. The Bus Driver will conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles and maintain an accurate log of vehicle registration, inspection, oil changes, tire rotations, and/or service of repairs. Additionally, this role ensures the safe transportation of youth and keeps busses and vans clean.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Wyoming driver's license and acceptable driving record (as defined by the Boys & Girls Club)
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B or higher with passenger endorsement
- For insurance purposes, must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older
- Ability to interpret and adhere to all state driving safety laws and Boys & Girls Club vehicle operation regulations
- Strong communication skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Hours:
During the school year: 2pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Summer Camp Program: 9am - 3pm (as needed), Monday - Friday
