Teen Coordinator

Location: Blaine & Ferndale Clubhouses
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 25 - 29 hrs/week) | Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

The Role: What You'll Actually Do
Forget the boring desk job. Your "office" is a high-energy Clubhouse where no two days
are the same. You will:
- Create the Vibe: Lead awesome programs focused on career prep, community service, and healthy lifestyles.
- Be the Bridge: Build real relationships with teens, helping them find their voice and their passions.
- Lead the Team: Support and inspire program staff to keep the Clubhouse safe, fun, and inclusive.
- Grow the Family: Help us reach more teens in Blaine and Ferndale through outreach and engagement.
Who You Are

- You have: three years prior experience in a similar position

STARTING PAY: $20.00/per hour
