Your Impact as Center Director
As a leader within our organization, you will be the heartbeat of our early learning center. Your core responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators, fostering their professional growth.
- Culture Building: Create a workplace rooted in support, empathy, and compassion for staff, families, and the youth we serve.
- Safety & Excellence: Cultivate a secure environment focused on health and safety standards.
- Community Connection: Demonstrate an ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people across all social and economic segments of our community.
What You Bring to the Table
You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following qualifications:
- Education: AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (DCYF-approved).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning.
- Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
