As the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows celebrates its 50th Anniversary of serving our community, we are looking for a Site Coordinator to oversee daily site operations at our O'Brien Middle School location, and ensure the delivery of high-quality programs aligning with Club standards and youth development outcomes. This role provides leadership to staff and volunteers, maintains a safe and well-managed environment, serves as a primary contact for families, and represents the Club within the community while ensuring compliance, resource management, and program quality.

These are some of the additional things you will do as a Site Coordinator:
- Build leadership skills by managing a team, building a positive club culture, and participating in ongoing professional development.
- Nurture great relationships with members and parents to communicate club benefits, programs, policies, and practices
- Hone your administrative and managerial skills through training related to grants, finance, and reporting procedures
- Actively recruit and register new members and families, and promote consistent member participation in Club programs.

- Salary starts at $38,500.00 per year
This is what your schedule would look like:
- This is a full-time, on-site job. Work hours include weekday lunch programs from 10:30am to 11:30am (times may vary) and after-school programs from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
- The schedule is balanced, with time set aside for planning and administrative tasks outside of program hours.
- There will be occasional required hours on evenings and/or weekends for special events and family activities.
Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with youth in a professional setting required.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs to youth and teens or a combination of education and relevant professional preferred.
Skills & Abilities that make a successful Site Coordinator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a diverse population, and represent BGCTM professionally to the community.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to produce and provide data/reports in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Able to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be able to perform duties which require walking, talking, hearing, standing, sitting, and/or bending for long periods of time. May occasionally be required to kneel, run and/or climb.
- Must be able to use hands and arms to enter data into the computer, use the telephone and other office equipment.
- Must be able to perform surface and deep cleaning appropriately using potentially hazardous cleaners including bleach, as needed.
- Must be able to lift, move manipulate and or hold objects up to 45 pounds. Objects that exceed the 45-pound weight limit require additional assistance when moving, lifting or manipulating.
