As a Youth Development Professional, you’ll work directly with children in grades K–5, creating a safe, engaging, and positive summer experience filled with hands-on activities, field trips, and enrichment opportunities.
Schedule:
- Full-time hours available in summer (shifts vary between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Up to 30 hours in the school year (after school shifts vary between the hours of 2:00 - 6:30 PM)
- Hours scheduled based on Club needs Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
What You’ll Do:
- Lead games, activities, and hands-on learning experiences
- Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development
- Build positive relationships as a role model and mentor
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming Club environment
- Collaborate with a passionate team of staff and volunteers
