What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Site Lead - Morning Program position at Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area?

The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area is seeking a Lead Staff who floats between our Morning Program Sites as needed, providing leadership, staff support, and program coverage during morning program hours.
No nights. No weekends. Just meaningful work Monday 6:45 AM - 9:30 AM and Tuesday–Friday, generally 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM. If you love working with kids, bringing energy and creativity, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you.
As part of our Jumpstart Morning Program, you’ll:
- Engage with Club members through fun activities, games, and learning opportunities
- Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development
- Be a positive role model and mentor to kids in grades K–5
- Support safe and positive Club environments through behavior management and program supervision
- Work alongside a passionate team of youth professionals, volunteers, and directors
- Provide leadership and support across multiple program sites, stepping in where needed to ensure high-quality programming
- Serve as a flexible, dependable resource for staff and members by filling coverage needs and helping maintain smooth daily operations
