What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter Assistant position at Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley?
The Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Greeter Assistant. In this role, you will be one of the first people members, families, and visitors interact with each day, helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for everyone who enters the Club.
The Greeter Assistant is responsible for welcoming members, parents, and visitors while ensuring all youth are properly checked in and out of the facility in accordance with established safety procedures. This position plays an important role in supporting the safety and security of our members while contributing to an environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong conflict resolution abilities, and enjoy working as part of a team. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug screen.
