Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate youth group activities, including educational games, sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth through vigilant supervision and adherence to child safety protocols
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and positive conduct among participants
- Maintain a clean, organized activity space that encourages creativity and engagement
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, including daycare, camps, or youth programs
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, and first aid protocols for emergency response
- Proven ability to lead team activities and facilitate youth group engagement effectively
