Responsibilities
- Greet and assist players, visitors, and members with a warm, professional attitude to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage court reservations, check-in procedures, and scheduling to maximize court availability and efficiency.
- Oversee safety protocols on the courts, including monitoring play to prevent injuries and ensuring proper use of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis facilities, including courts, seating areas, and equipment storage.
- Enforce facility rules related to behavior management, sportsmanship, and safety standards to promote a respectful environment.
- Coordinate with staff for special events such as tournaments or clinics that encourage community engagement and active participation.
- Responsible for registration and fee collection for all Tennis and Pickleball programs in conjunction with office staff.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or students.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among participants.
- Familiarity with health club or gym operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse age groups.
- High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of Tennis and Pickleball rules.
